We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Marketing Assistant with strong project management and organization skills to coordinate various marketing and sales-related projects.

You will be reporting to the President and Marketing Manager to assist with marketing & sales-related tasks, such as sales rep updates/communications, flyers/sales sheet/presentation creation, trade show coordination, and other sales administrative tasks as assigned. The Marketing Assistant will work alongside others in the marketing team to assist in different projects. It is important for someone in this role to be able to think creatively, communicate well, maintain organized notes and charts of information, be unafraid to ask questions, and be willing to learn.

Your General Responsibilities Include:

· Assist Marketing Manager in the planning, development, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and projects

· Write engaging marketing literature (social media, advertisements, product descriptions, sales presentations) reflective of brand voice and values

· Conduct research and create mood boards for various marketing initiatives and programs that we may be interested in to help expand marketing efforts

· Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing & sales programs

· Maintaining organized charts, meeting notes, project instructions, and filing systems for various projects assigned

Sales Communications

• Creating script and recording product intro video for reps after every catalog release
• Creating biweekly/monthly rep update communications per the direction of the Marketing Director/ VP of Sales
• Creating wholesale e-blasts to customers per the direction of the Marketing Director/ VP of Sales
• Participating in different sales meetings and taking thorough notes for the team to reference
• Assist President in different sales-related tasks
• Create different sales assets as needed for VP of Sales

Trade Show Coordination

• Communicate with the different showrooms to organize showroom displays and replenish samples/catalogs
• Coordinate showroom replenishment with customer service team
• Setting team up for trade shows by preparing booth materials, organizing show information, and more.

Amazon & Web Management

• Updating Amazon listings and store front based on new item releases
• Assist with account management

Photo Asset & Prototype Log Management

• Work with other Marketing Assistant to maintain organized library of photo assets in the release folder of all new development samples
• Take photos of all new developments that come in and file them into the release folder
• Measure and note down product dimensions in the release chart for final items.

Required Skills

· Excellent written and communication skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· Fluent with Google Drive and Microsoft Office programs

· Proficiency in Outlook is a must

· Ability to work well with multiple departments (marketing, sales, operations)

· 2+ Year Experience of Relevant Experience (Preferably in consumer goods field)

• Beginning knowledge of Adobe Suite
• Basic graphic design knowledge
• Experience in B2B environment
• Knowledge of Canva
• Knowledge of Shopify
• Knowledge of Amazon

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
